At Love Pub Snacks, we aim to make delivery as quick, simple and affordable as possible. Whether you're ordering for your home, workplace, pub, club or event, we offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs.

- Economy Delivery is not available to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or Islands.
- Deliveries to these areas typically take 2-3 working days.
- Additional delivery charges may apply to certain remote locations.
- Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
- Love Pub Snacks accepts no responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier issues, severe weather, transport disruption or bank holidays.
Next Working Day Delivery
We offer FREE Next Working Day Delivery on UK mainland orders over £80 excluding VAT, placed before 3:00pm Monday-Friday.
Orders under £80 are charged at £7.99 + VAT.
Order Cut-Off Times
- Orders placed before 3:00pm Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00pm are dispatched the next working day.
- Orders placed before 3:00pm on Friday will normally be delivered on Monday.
- Orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday or over the weekend will normally be delivered on Tuesday.
Please note that delivery times are an aim rather than a guarantee and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
You'll receive tracking updates by email and/or SMS from our delivery partners, including an estimated delivery window on the day of delivery.
If you're unavailable, you may be able to:
- Change your delivery date (depending on the courier)
- Request delivery to a safe place specified during checkout
If no one is available to accept delivery and no safe place has been provided, the courier may leave instructions for rearranging delivery.
LPS Own Van Delivery
We offer our own local delivery service to selected postcode areas across the Midlands and North West, including:
ST, CW, SY, CH and DE postcode areas
Where available, these delivery options will appear automatically at checkout, together with the available delivery days for your area.
In some cases, we may also be able to accept payment upon delivery when using our own vehicle service.
Economy Delivery
If you're not in a hurry, our Economy Delivery option offers excellent value at just £4.99 + VAT per order.
Orders are typically delivered within 3 working days via Royal Mail or another suitable carrier.
Please note this service is not available for Northern Ireland, the Highlands or Islands.
Saturday Delivery
Need your order for the weekend?
Saturday Delivery is available for £7.99 + VAT on orders over £80 (excluding VAT).
For orders under £80, the standard delivery charge will also apply.
Important
- Saturday deliveries must be ordered before 3:00pm Friday
- Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the following Saturday

To help us prepare your order, please let us know when you plan to collect and provide an approximate arrival time.
There is no minimum order value and no charge for collection.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Due to the nature of the food products we sell, returns are only accepted for items that are:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrectly supplied
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds & Replacements
Where a product is confirmed as faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, we will offer either:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund
Refunds will be made using the original payment method wherever possible.
Return Conditions
- Any issues should be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must remain in their original condition.
- Opened, consumed or tampered-with food products cannot be returned.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our mistake.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Do you offer next working day delivery?
Yes. We offer next working day delivery on UK mainland orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday. Orders over £80 ex. VAT qualify for free next working day delivery.
How much is delivery?
Orders over £80 ex. VAT qualify for free standard next working day delivery. Orders under £80 ex. VAT are charged from £4.99 + VAT for economy delivery or £7.99 + VAT for standard next working day delivery.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. You can collect your order free of charge from our Stoke-on-Trent warehouse. Collection is available Monday–Friday during our collection hours.
Do you offer Saturday delivery?
Yes. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge. Orders must be placed before 3pm Friday for delivery that Saturday.
Do you deliver to pubs, clubs and businesses?
Yes. We supply pubs, bars, clubs, hotels, restaurants, cafés, workplaces, sports clubs and other businesses throughout the UK.
Can I buy pub snacks in bulk?
Yes. Many of our products are available in bulk, case quantities, multi-buy deals, ladder deals and bundle offers.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands?
Yes, but delivery may take longer and extra charges may apply. Economy delivery is not available to Northern Ireland, Highlands or Islands.
