Next Day Delivery
We offer Free next day delivery on orders placed before 3pm and over £50 (excluding VAT) to UK mainland. There is a small delivery charge for orders under £50.
Orders placed after 3pm will be sent out next working day. Next day deliveries are made Monday - Friday only. Orders placed Friday before 3pm will be delivered Monday. Orders placed after 3pm Friday and over the weekend will be delivered Tuesday.
Please be advised that delivery time frames are an aim and not a guarantee due to circumstances beyond ours and the couriers control.
You will be kept up to date with tracking information via email & SMS and be given a 1 hour window for delivery on your delivery day. Once you receive your 1 hour delivery window if you know you will be unavailable you will have the option to change your delivery day or your order will be left in your designated 'safe place' (if provided at checkout). If no one is around to sign for your order and no 'Safe Place' provided a calling card will be left, you will need to follow instructions to re-arrange delivery.
Standard Delivery
We can also offer next day delivery on orders under £50 UK Mainland for a small delivery charge of £6.99 + VAT sent via DPD/Royal Mail with their interactive tracking and 1hr delivery window.
If you are not in as much of a rush for your order we have now introduced a 3 day delivery service from Royal Mail which we can offer at the cheaper rate of £4.99 + VAT per order.
Saturday Delivery
We can now offer Saturday delivery at a cost of £5.99 + VAT per order. These can be booked at any point during the week but need to be placed before 3pm Friday. Any Saturday deliveries booked after 3pm Friday will be sent out for the following week. For orders under £50 the standard £5.99 + VAT delivery charge will also apply.
Collection
We are based in Stoke-on-Trent if you live in or near to the area or if you will be passing through you are more than welcome to collect your order from our warehouse. We are based just off the A500 in Tunstall, post code ST6 4PA.
There is no charge for collections no matter the size of your order. We are open from 8am - 3pm Monday - Friday.
If collecting please e-mail us with the day you will be calling and a rough estimate of the time and we will make sure your order is complete and ready for when you arrive.
Returns
Items may only be returned if the item purchased is defective. You will be offered a refund or a replacement item once the item has been returned. Items must be returned within 14 days. The item must be in its original unused condition as when left the warehouse. All returns made at the buyers cost. Shipping and handling charges are none refundable and the customer is responsible for any damage/loss. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Customers will be refunded by the payment method used on the original transaction.
Return Exceptions
Items cannot be returned if the item is open and has been tampered with/ items missing.
