After a great deal of careful consideration, we will be increasing the minimum order value for free delivery to £80 (excluding VAT). This change will come into effect for orders been dispatched from the 1st May.
This has not been an easy decision. Like many businesses, we are facing ongoing increases in operational and delivery costs. We have explored a range of options, and we believe this is the most balanced way to move forward while continuing to provide the level of service you expect from us.
We’re pleased to confirm that:
• Free next working day delivery will still be available on all orders over £80 (excluding VAT)
• Delivery charges for smaller orders will remain unchanged
By making this adjustment, we’re able to keep our product pricing as competitive as possible and continue delivering the reliable, high-quality service you depend on.
